Genesys, 2022-2023                                    

Vice President, Product Management | Enteprise Software and Solutions  

Established the Genesys Product Management Center of Excellence (COE) for internal products to drive innovation, design thinking, process simplicity, cost optimization and revenue acceleration. 

  • Directed initiatives and outcome-driven roadmaps across 5 key internal product portfolios: Customer 360, Finance, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Employee Experience.
  • Generated $2 million in upsell and cross-sell revenue by using prototypes to revive the stalled Customer 360  initiative. 
  • Yielded 5% employee productivity enhancement by transforming the internal employee portal into an AI-driven, multi-modal communication and collaboration platform.

  • Supervised new Offer products from inception to launch (zero to one / 0 to 1), including Managed Private Cloud for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Systems Integrators resulting in $5M in new revenue. 

Senior Director | Alliance Strategy                                                                                                            

Headed strategic technology alliance product management initiatives, focusing on joint development and go-to-market strategies with industry giants including VMware, EMC, AT&T, HCL, Infosys, Cognizant, AWS, Zerto, and Veritas.  

  •  Achieved compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11% for the AT&T partnership, and 15% growth with Zerto showcasing successful partner go-to-market execution.


Altera Digital Health (formerly McKesson EIS), 2013-2015

Director, Product Management | Enterprise Software Managed Services 

Devised a 3-year roadmap for a diverse Managed Services portfolio with five product lines, resulting in the launch of 16 new and modernized products and generating $6 million in incremental revenue in the first year. 

  • Successfully managed and grew $180M P&L; leading transformation initiatives and executing monthly business reviews that tracked financial, operational and adoption metrics to enhance transparency, decision making and accountability. 


Optimal Strategix Group, 2013

Executive Director, Product Management | Technology Solutions

Spearheaded strategy and execution for diverse mobile applications portfolio in B2B and B2C markets, focusing on pharmaceutical, healthcare provider, and consumer product goods industries.

Ran a multinational cross-functional team, overseeing product strategy and development for the Collaborative Enterprise Services portfolio encompassing video conferencing, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), wiki, and corporate portal services.
